Melissa King, chief operating officer of OneKey MLS, has significantly enhanced the regional multiple listing service for over 45,000 subscribers. Last year, she spearheaded the successful onboarding of the Mid-Hudson MLS and consolidated various platforms into a new RESO-compliant data dictionary, laying a robust foundation for future innovation.

Under her leadership, OneKey MLS launched a comprehensive knowledge base to empower agents with essential resources and streamlined operations. King helped oversee initiatives like enhancing the user experience through AI-driven analytics and automated ticketing systems.

“By gaining insights into how people are using our tools, we can provide better offerings, training and communications that meet the needs of our subscribers. All of these initiatives are designed to make transactions smoother and more efficient, while empowering agents and brokers to better serve the consumer,” says King.

Additionally, she is overseeing the launch of an enterprise site, which will serve as a knowledge base that reflects OneKey MLS’s evolution as a customer-focused, service-first organization.

King actively participates in industry leadership as co-chair of the CMLS Best Practices Advisory Council and a member of the RESO Board of Directors.
