Sue Yannaccone

Sue Yannaccone is president and CEO of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors, responsible for overseeing both company-owned brokerage and franchise operations across the company’s six storied brands, including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®. Combined, the network is composed of approximately 18,000 offices and over 300,000 brokers and independent sales associates doing business in 118 countries and territories worldwide.

Originally assuming leadership of Anywhere Brands (formerly Realogy Franchise Group) in 2020, Yannaccone is recognized for more than two decades of deep expertise in franchise management and real estate brokerage operations. Previously, she served as regional executive vice president of the Eastern Seaboard and Midwest regions of Coldwell Banker Realty. Prior to that, Yannaccone joined ERA as its chief operating officer in July 2015 before becoming the company’s president and CEO in September 2016.

In 2024, Yannaccone guided the Anywhere network through significant industry disruption, overseeing the team that developed and deployed communications, training materials, sample forms and other educational resources. Yannaccone served as one of the industry’s preeminent thought leaders on key matters such as transparency and consumer choice, Clear Cooperation, and the future of real estate, and continued to speak out in favor of better governance at NAR. To foster industry-wide conversation, Yannaccone also launched Anywhere Voices, a webinar series open to all industry participants (regardless of affiliation) to discuss hot-button topics such as the legal landscape, industry policy and more.

Yannaccone’s leadership has made her one of real estate’s leading influencers. She was named a Female Executive of the Year by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business in 2016 and highlighted as a “Woman Worth Watching” by the Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is also the founder of What Moves Her (WMH), an industry advocacy organization focused on empowering women leaders in real estate.
