In 2024, Desai spearheaded a community-focused program that streamlined the home-buying and -selling processes for first-time buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia, incorporating advanced technology to improve accessibility and ease.

Desai’s leadership roles within the Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR) and the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®’ (NVAR) Grievance and Risk Management Committees also demonstrate her commitment to raising standards in the industry. In addition, she was recognized as a NVAR Lifetime Top Producer, and was named a Top REALTOR® by Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazine.
