Ryan Schneider, Anywhere Real Estate Inc.’s CEO and president, streamlined the company’s leadership structure and found ways to cut costs in 2024’s challenging real estate climate. Under Schneider’s leadership, Anywhere was the first company to settle antitrust class action litigation last year. That gave the company additional time to prepare agents and franchisees for changes. Schneider also supported the real estate industry through the media, the launch of Anywhere Voices, and meetings with agents and franchisees.
