Tanya Reu-Narvaez, Anywhere Real Estate Inc.’s chief people officer, is transforming human resources with a people-first approach. In 2024, Reu-Narvaez created and launched the Anywhere Way, which included three new company values, defined the company’s purpose, and highlighted Anywhere’s Winning Behaviors.

Reu-Narvaez hosted “Winning Together CPO Conversations,” a series of candid and informal discussions on numerous topics. She spearheaded changes to give employees greater flexibility and support with healthcare and family leave.

Reu-Narvaez is utilizing technology to improve the employee experience. Last year, the company replaced several legacy systems with the PeopleHub platform, a one-stop shop that lets employees directly manage nearly every aspect of their Anywhere journey at any time.

“Making Moves that Matter: A Week of Empowering Impact” allowed agents and franchisees to focus on the crucial role of DEI in Anywhere’s business strategy. Reu-Narvaez facilitated additional events throughout 2024.
