Donna Kreps

A real estate veteran who joined the company in 1993, Donna Kreps didn’t blink when the winds of change brushed against her. As president of Indiana-based F.C. Tucker Company, Kreps’ team was one of the first to feel the changes to buyer agency (in Indiana, these went into effect on July 1, six weeks before they did nationally).

Kreps organized education sessions, helmed Q&As and held one-on-one meetings with agents and branch leaders across the company’s 14 locations to ensure the F.C. Tucker team was ready and prepared for buyer agency changes.

According to her team, Kreps’ depth of institutional and industry knowledge mixed with her incredible empathy and caring made her the ideal messenger and trainer on the topic of buyer agency.
