Kevin Hawkins has been helping residential real estate stay ahead of technology for the breadth of his career. In 2024, Hawkins helped to expand knowledge and understanding of AI across the industry with the co-founding of the weekly newsletter REAL AI. It focuses on AI tools that are safe, easy to use and accessible today for agents, and serves as an education source for AI developments and advances agents need to know about.

In addition, Hawkins helped Revive launch its AI-powered Revive Vision AI platform Restb.ai in 2024, bringing its computer vision valuation services to top firms to modernize the appraisal process. He helped zavvie announce its new AI-powered platform for mortgage lenders and LOs.

Hawkins has also been involved in speaking at many industry events. He was a featured speaker about AI for agents at the Florida REALTORS® Annual Convention, moderated a panel on AI in lead generation at the NAR iOi Summit, and hosted a webinar for The Realty Alliance on AI.
