Cliff Long

Cliff Long—CEO of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), one of the largest trade organizations in Florida—believes his job is to improve the lives of those around him. He believes that in business, the goal should always be to make people’s lives better.

Prioritizing diversity and inclusion, Long has focused on hiring staff who speak both English and Spanish. Under his leadership, ORRA has expanded its Spanish-language classes and has become the first REALTOR® association in Florida to offer classes in Portuguese.

Throughout Long’s tenure, ORRA’s membership has grown to more than 21,000. Additionally, Long led the development of ORRA’s new headquarters, which opened in October 2024, to provide greater opportunities for education, communication and innovation.

Long is committed to strengthening the real estate industry and the local community. In 2024, ORRA supported local political candidates of any party who strongly identified with issues relevant to the real estate industry, free enterprise and preservation of private property rights.

ORRA and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation (ORRF) collaborated in efforts to clean up local waterways this past year. In addition, Long received the PineApple Report’s 2024 Excellence in Education award for the Corporate Partnerships category.
