Throughout 2024, Kathy Baker continued her long legacy of passionate coaching and mentoring for real estate professionals around the world. With a goal of making the industry collectively more successful and profitable, she launched ONE Coaching, consisting of multiple programs including RevUP Rapid Launch (new agent training/coaching), which had a 70% success rate after 18 months, LevelUP (experienced agent training/coaching) and TeamUP (team training/coaching).

In addition to these programs, she also launched the Mentor Certification (paired with RevUP Rapid Launch), CoachUP, designed to certify and prepare professionals to provide peer coaching, and RecruitUP, crafted to empower broker/owners to attract and hire desired talent.

One of the premier driving forces of growth at Realty ONE Group, Baker is creating and executing some of the industry’s most comprehensive recruiting and coaching programs, helping to grow the global franchisor to more than 20,000 real estate professionals across the globe.
