Tracey Esling

As 2024 saw changes to the step-by-step of real estate transactions, Tracey Esling worked to ensure that agents were in the know on the most important issues. Following the NAR settlement, she hosted the “Define Your Value” workshop targeted at buyer agents, explaining how to communicate both value and transparency with clients. This was not the only agent education program she hosted in 2024; others included the Best Practices for Implementing Buyer Representation program and the Fundamentals of Real Estate workshop.

“Because my work directly impacts the local real estate industry,” explains Esling, “I’m motivated to bring about positive change and continually help clients, REALTORS® and the community succeed.”

Praised for her “analytic and data-driven approach” to coaching, Esling contributes to the real estate community via her 2024 role as president-elect of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, where she also serves on the board of directors, executive committee and the strategic thinking work group.
