Leigh Ann Bogran

In May 2024, Leigh Ann Bogran was promoted to vice president of operations at United Real Estate. Before taking on her current role, she served as director of Strategic Project Management.

Under Bogran’s leadership, teams in multiple departments collaborated to launch the LeadBoost program, which has delivered more than 16,000 leads to agents across the United network. Bogran also led the Talent Attraction Program and created standard operating procedures and accountability methods to support the company’s national recruiting efforts.

Bogran spearheaded the standardization of marketing service agreements and collaborated with national and local training teams to design cross-functional systems to help United Real Estate meet its training, education and development goals. She also partnered with key stakeholders to launch healthcare and financial well-being programs.
