Steve Wagner’s leadership of Virtual Properties Realty and United Real Estate reached its greatest milestones yet in 2024, when the company celebrated its 25th anniversary and reached a milestone of 5000 agents.

Though his achievements in leading a brokerage for 25 years speak for themselves, Wagner charted new ground this year. In 2024, he launched the new Georgia-based brokerage United Country Premier Properties and attracted 60 agents after launch. The new brokerage is “specifically designed to address the unique needs of property owners and buyers of properties outside of the major metropolitan areas that have been developed over nearly a hundred years.”

An industry thought leader with many years of running a successful real estate school, Wagner stresses the importance of agent education. He continues to take advantage of United’s Learning Management System to deliver virtual courses available to agents within the brand’s network.
