Alexandru Mihai

In April 2024, Realty ONE Group chose to settle in class-action lawsuits–and as company general counsel, Alexandru Mihai was a key part of negotiating that settlement. Both a licensed attorney and broker, Mihai leverages his knowledge from both worlds in managing and assisting the thousands of agents and brokers that join the Realty ONE Group brand. He also personally oversees the brand’s expansions and acquisitions, navigating any legal roadblocks that come up on the firm’s quest to expand internationally.

To that end, Mihai personally trained agents on how to conduct themselves in compliance with new rules. He also held weekly Zoom meetings, offering agents expert updates on pending antitrust litigation and ramifications.

Mihai believes that team collaboration is the key to the success, saying, “It brings new ideas to Realty ONE Group so that it remains the envy and mystery of success among competitors.”
