RISMEDIA, October 12, 2010—Every month, Point2 Agent real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada fill out a short survey sharing their take on the real estate market across each country. The data is then tabulated and presented through the Real Estate Confidence Index (RECI), by Point2.
Point2 has now opened up the survey to receive responses from all licensed real estate brokers and agents in North America, in addition to its existing community of subscribers.
The RECI offers the industry an opportunity to get a feel on where the market is actually headed, rather than where it has been. It is also a reflection of the sentiment of those who know the market best—the broker and the agent.
The Real Estate Confidence Index results are making headlines, have been reported on by Realtor Magazine, Inman News, and regional newspapers such as The San Diego Union-Tribune.
Are you sharing your opinion with the world? Now is your chance. Each month, Point2 opens a new 5-question survey asking respondents to give their take about current market conditions and their forward outlook. These valuable responses are factored into the overall sentiment on the market and contribute to the Real Estate Confidence Index score for the month.
