RISMEDIA, June 25, 2012–The Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® (EBCBOR) has been a leader in providing education to its members for more than 89 years. EBCBOR launched the summer continuing education (CE) series: “CE Bootcamp” in order to assist members with their professional development and the successful completion of the new NJ Real Estate Commission requirement. The new requirement states that all N.J. real estate licensees must complete a minimum 12 hours of continuing education every two years.
“Continuing education represents an opportunity for REALTORS® to stay abreast of the ever-changing and developing real estate trends, laws and best practices,” said Laura Rubinfeld, CEO of the EBCBOR, “With the convenience of these summer courses, EBCBOR is not only the Gateway to Real Estate in Bergen County but also a gateway to professional development.”
In July, EBCBOR is offering four Real Estate Financing and Property Management CE courses: “Cracking the Credit Code” and “10 Critical Rules, Reforms & New Realities” on Thursday, July 12 and “Residential Property Management: A Down & Dirty Guide” and “Renter’s Rights & Responsibilities” on Monday, July 23.
Courses are taught by national instructors on Core and Elective topics. The courses are held at corporate meeting facilities for an affordable tuition of $15 for members and $ 25 for non-members for each three-credit course.
