The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® will host the 18th Annual Miami International Real Estate Congress (2012MiamiCongress.com) at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables on November 4-7, the organization has announced. Capitalizing on Miami’s prime global position, the Miami Congress will draw in excess of 300 U.S. and foreign real estate professionals for three powerful days of programming, networking, property tours, and receptions.

World-renowned Speakers
Top presenters and industry leaders will offer participants the latest information on international real estate trends, opportunities, and resources. National association of REALTORS® (NAR) Chief Economist Lawrence Yun will present “Economic Update & International Markets to Target for Investment.” Condo Vultures Realty & Consulting Founder Peter Zalewski, who is also on MIAMI’s Corporate Board of Directors, will discuss “International Buyers/Investors and the Miami Condo Market.”
2011-2012 FIABCI World President Alex Romanenko will present information on the world real estate market. Attorney Roger A. Bernstein will offer and overview of visas for investors and the EB-5 visa in particular, which is of great interest to agents working with foreign buyers and investors.
Jaqueline Tepltizky, associate broker with Douglas Elliman Florida and managing director at Prudential Douglas Elliman New York, will offer insight into working with high profile and celebrity clients. Deborah Boza-Valledor, MIAMI COO and real estate instructor, will show participants how to expand their international business.
NAR President Maurice “Moe” Veissi will offer a special welcome for the foreign delegates and U.S. professionals.
The 2012 Miami International Market Report Miami will release preliminary findings of the highly-anticipated 2012 Miami International Market Report at the Congress, offering participants and the media the latest update on international buying activity in Miami. MIAMI CEO Teresa King Kinney will compare international buying activity to previous years and to national and state results. The report reveals market share of foreign buyers and characteristics of foreign purchases.
