Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, an industry trailblazer in the use of video, today announced an association with Videolicious, a leading provider of automatic video creation solutions. At the start of the relationship, Coldwell Banker will provide the Videolicious automated video creation platform to select agents who have demonstrated a desire to grow their business through video.
Through the integration of the iPad and iPhone’s forward-facing cameras and existing camera roll photos and videos, 1,000 Coldwell Banker agents will receive exclusive access to a customized version of the Videolicious app that will allow them to create compelling videos in a matter of seconds.
“We believe that video content needs to go beyond slide shows and our system has adapted to video as a critical component in showcasing their personality and industry knowledge,” says Michael Fischer, chief marketing officer at Coldwell Banker Real Estate. “Yet we still have so many agents asking how they can create videos without the necessity of complex software. Videolicious solve that problem. We are looking forward to working with Videolicious to help provide consumers with more content and assist in their home buying and selling.”
Fischer pointed that Coldwell Banker on Location, the brand’s YouTube channel, currently has more than 50,000 videos and saw a 121 percent increase in video views in 2012.
“With nearly every knowledge worker now possessing a high-quality video camera on their mobile device, we see a future where message-driven video production becomes a standard form of business communication,” says Matt Singer, chief executive officer of Videolicious. “Whether it’s to sell, market or instruct, video has clear advantages, and we want to empower the word’s businesses to create their own videos, automatically in seconds.”
