RISMEDIA, February 11, 2013–Pittsburgh REALTOR® Ron Croushore was recently installed as the 2013 first vice president of the Pa. Association of REALTORS®. Croushore is the owner and chief executive officer of Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh.

During his long career as a REALTOR® and broker, Croushore has served as president of the West Penn Multi-List, Inc., is past president of the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), and received RAMP’s REALTOR® of the Year award.
Within the PA Association of REALTORS®, Croushore chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and the Realtors® Political Action Committee (RPAC), and he served as the Association’s treasurer. Within the National Association of REALTORS®, he serves on its board of directors.
Croushore serves on the Pa. Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) Board of Directors. He was named the first-ever winner of the Real Estate Leadership Award from RISMedia, an award given to a member of the national real estate community who pursues innovation and exercises resilience. Croushore’s company, Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh, consistently is recognized nationally as a top brokerage in terms of sales.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Croushore is a lifetime resident of the Pittsburgh area, where he is an active member of the community.
Croushore spearheads his company’s accomplishments as a top local corporate contributor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
