Susan Vanech is a real estate strategist with Susan Vanech Properties of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. She invests in real estate, helps others make smart choices, and uses unique marketing and media engagement to share real estate stories and raise the level of awareness and interest in properties.
"I have always approached the real estate process creatively, realizing the importance of sharing the stories of a property with the widest audience possible," says Vanech. "Dozens of homes I have represented have been featured in The New York Times, The New York Post, Hearst Media Publication and online news outlets."
Vanech received national media recognition for being the first REALTOR® in Connecticut to list a home for cryptocurrency to give buyers additional options for investing in real estate. She also elevated the understanding of passive house building by hosting an event at a property sited to build Connecticut's first passive house on an island.
Vanech began working as a real estate investor in New York City more than 20 years ago. She used her vision for a physical space and the tools to actualize that vision to build a successful career in Fairfield County, Conn. She started out flipping homes and went on to become a real estate strategist, so she could guide others toward making sound decisions. Vanech is honored to be recognized for her dedication and innovation.
"To be included among the industry’s luminaries by impacting change through creativity and innovation, I am proud to stand alongside so many leaders impacting change," she says.
