One of Dunn-Feliz’s biggest accomplishments of 2019 was marketing and selling a home that two experienced agents had failed to sell. The sellers were discouraged and unable to do some necessary updates. However, the home was over 5,000 square feet and had beautiful views, so Dunn-Feliz focused on its strong points. She made staging suggestions, and the sellers went to work changing furniture and rugs to let buyers see the gorgeous hardwoods on the main level. In the end, they received three offers. Dunn-Feliz managed the inspections and settlement, as the clients had moved south to enjoy milder temperatures. According to Dunn-Feliz, they were thrilled and delighted.
