Lynn Fairfield works with a wide range of properties and clients, including experienced and first-time buyers, rehabbers, investors, and corporate transferees. In 2019, she helped more than 60 clients buy and sell homes in the Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin areas and was named the managing broker for RE/MAX Suburban in Wisconsin.
Fairfield has been serving clients in Northern Illinois for more than 30 years and in Wisconsin for eight years. Since joining RE/MAX Suburban in 2000, she has won numerous company awards for top referring agent. Fairfield is in the 24 Million Dollar Club and in the Chairman's Club for RE/MAX Suburban.
Fairfield believes her role as a REALTOR® is to answer clients' questions, maintain an open and honest dialogue, and point customers in the right direction. She educates clients so they can make informed decisions, regularly keeps in touch and puts customers' needs above her own. She is also committed to integrity and has an excellent staff and an innate ability to prioritize to achieve sales goals.
Another key to her success is continuing education. Fairfield stays on the cutting edge of advertising and marketing strategies to serve her clients effectively. "Real estate is not a static marketplace," she says.
