At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) President & CEO Jeremy Crawford demonstrated extraordinary leadership and vision. With his leadership, more than 47,000 Georgia FMLS members were able to navigate and adapt to substantial change in the industry.
In response to the pandemic, Crawford established an immediate work-from-home protocol, introduced the nation's first virtual showing software complete with virtual open house fields and virtual listing presentations, and created a weekly webinar series and eNewsletter to keep members educated and informed.
Crawford also developed a media outreach program, moved brick-and-mortar stores online, and created internet access for eKeys and lockboxes. Because of his hard work and ingenuity, he helped lead a real estate recovery that resulted in higher total sales from 2019.
