Aaron Drussel is known as the chief officer of big ideas at his brokerage. A serial entrepreneur, national speaker and coach, the broker/owner continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game with trends and marketing strategies. His mindset serves to inspire his agents, who he says equally inspire him on a daily basis.

In 2023, he launched a social media podcast, “Rev It Up in Real Estate,” which channels that symbiotic inspiration stream, offering insights and advice for people working in real estate.

In addition to the podcast, Drussel has also grown his brokerage exponentially, bringing on two large real estate teams, each with 14 top-performing agents. He also purchased and remodeled a 15,000-square-foot building for office space, including a showroom kitchen for cooking classes and a large training room for evening standup comedy shows. When the rest of the market was moving to virtual, Rathbun and his team doubled down on making cutting-edge office space for collaboration.
