Alan Fenn brought MLS Offers one step closer to the future when the organization was invited to join the Corelogic Alliance Network in 2022. This union allowed their patented offer-management platform to be fully integrated into Matrix and seamlessly adopted by MLSs across the country.
“The offer submission and negotiation stage of the transaction is arguably the most integral to the transaction. It is also the most time consuming and fragmented,” says Fenn. “So, it is very rewarding to know that the work we do every day to simplify and standardize the offer process for agents is making their lives easier and giving them more time to do what makes them happy.”
