Alex Radosevic is founder and president of Beverly Hills-based Canon Properties, which owns and manages over $3 billion of retail, hotel, industrial and residential properties. He’s also a real estate and investment advisor and a member of the elite Forbes Magazine Real Estate Advisory Council.
According to Radosevic, his biggest accomplishments of 2019 included launching a real estate investment fund, speaking about artificial intelligence disruptors in the industry at a Harvard University conference and completing the first draft of a real estate book for investors.
Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Radosevic has become synonymous with Beverly Hills real estate. He began his career at Shearson – Lehman Brothers and left to build his own practice, launching Canon Properties in 2001. His new investment fund will invest in Class A properties on behalf of clients from throughout the world. Partnering with leading banks, law firms and family offices, the fund is already attracting attention from eager investors on a global basis.
Radosevic is also an accomplished speaker and panelist at industry events. A strong believer in the principle that leaders should also give back, he has served as an advisor to the Economic Development Council of Los Angeles and as a board member of the Rodeo and Cannon Drive Association in Beverly Hills. His philanthropy also extends to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Doctors Without Borders, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the UCLA Special Olympics.
