“I have a unique role in that I have the opportunity to work across some of today’s top global brands including Century 21 Real Estate, ERA and Better Homes and Gardens,” says Amory Wooden. “What’s really critical for each of them—both at the brand and brokerage level—is having a strong, unique brand proposition that stands out with their target consumers.”
To make sure consumers know about that brand proposition, Wooden oversaw the redevelopment of the brands’ marketing teams during 2023, when they were divided into four specialized groups. In the same manner of efficiency, she spearheaded the adoption of MoxiWorks by the brands.
“I get to work with these teams to help each brand and its affiliated agents find their own ‘superpower.’ It’s our job as marketers to showcase that in the right way, with the right audiences,” says Wooden. “My experience in building marketing strategies through a digital-first approach helps me think about consumer and user behaviors and what types of interactions they need in order to drive the click. I get the opportunity to make the agents’ jobs easier so that they can focus on the most important part—building those personal client relationships.”
