Amy Chorew serves as vice president of Learning for Realogy Expansion Brands, including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and ERA Real Estate, creating and expanding innovative learning programs to make networks more profitable and productive.

With the pandemic changing the industry, she adapted quickly from in-person training to live virtual opportunities. She led her team in delivering timely virtual content, launching 60 to 90-minute on-demand sessions and training over 30,000 students. In addition to the virtual content, she helped her team develop and launch 14 courses in a new learning platform, which increased the company’s productivity numbers and helped agents average 28 percent more closed units, 30 percent more listings taken and 35 percent higher sales volume.

“If you can’t measure it, it does not exist,” she says. “By creating this content and our outstanding numbers, we have created a great recruiting and retention story for our brokers.”
