In 2021, Amy Corr launched a comprehensive program “The Road to Rolex” dedicated to helping agents. This program features real estate coaching for over 100 agents with a goal to grow their businesses by more than $10 million in sales in one calendar year through goal setting, impactful habits and the power of mindset. Within just nine months of the launch, 20% of agents achieved a milestone towards their overall goal.
Corr is changing the way mentorship is done, now hosting a weekly morning show with Kevin Van Eck, “Coffee with Amy & Kevin,” keeping agents engaged and on task. She also leads a full curriculum of educational offerings on @academy, making coaching and training experiences seamless for agents. “While technology has provided a way to be more effective and more efficient in our day-to-day tasks, it has not eliminated the need to focus on real, authentic relationships,” says Corr. “The heart of our business and the success of an agent comes in knowing and connecting with your people.”
