Gant is invested in helping people grow and reach their goals through coaching and mentoring.

Gant also ushered in new reporting and accountability to increase recruiting efforts and implemented a reporting tool for her broker team that accurately measures lead indicators. “By building and growing people, we are leaving our legacy.”
