Amy Gant

During 2022, Amy Gant maintained a regional and national focus at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. Aside from overseeing five offices in her own area, she’s also part of the company’s executive team and helped to shape its direction.

With her own team, she created bi-weekly Think Tank groups and monthly Coffee Talk sessions. These roundtable discussions allowed her team to share experiences and encourage creativity and accountability while cultivating a culture of growth. She also created teams of loan officers to increase mortgage capture in her region, giving consumers more options to choose from when selecting a loan officer.

Gant is a true crusader who is constantly seeking opportunities to improve people and their experiences. “I have the honor of watching our team leave fingerprints on our community,” she says. “It’s more than training associates to sell homes; it’s creating a culture of abundance where people want to give back every day.”
