Andy Florance is the founder and CEO of CoStar Group. Two of its subsidiaries, Homes.com and Apartments.com, saw significant growth in traffic and transactions in 2023.

Apartments.com introduced new features designed to provide a more seamless and efficient experience for renters and operators. In addition, CoStar Group made an $18 million commitment to support the development of Virginia Commonwealth University’s forthcoming Arts and Innovation Academic Building.
