Annette Anthony, EXIT Realty Corp. International’s director of corporate engagement, works to ensure that all staff members know how to use essential tools to succeed. In 2022, the company created a team of EXIT Engagement Leaders across North America to provide peer-to-peer, hands-on training.

“I launched LIVE training, whereby attendees would bring their laptops and mobile phones for a hands-on experience. I segmented the training to owners in the morning to lean into their questions and thoroughly train them on our technology. The agents participated in the afternoon,” Anthony says.

“Throughout my career and today, I still see brands lament low adoption,” she continues. “They boast the importance of training with no improvement. EXIT Realty embraces helping agents differently, and it works. New to tech or savvy, new to real estate or veteran – everyone deserves the respect to have someone show them how to use tools effectively.”
