Anthony Domathoti is committed to creating change in real estate. In his work throughout 2023, he focused on bettering agents and bettering the industry.
Domathoti is a dedicated member of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee, earning him a place in their 2023 Hall of Fame. In addition, he was recognized with the Lawrence B. Caldwell RPAC Service Award by the New York State Association of REALTORS® for his work with RPAC.
“Being a catalyst for positive change in the communities I serve is a deeply fulfilling aspect of my work,” says Domathoti. “Engaging in RPAC and legislative advocacy work has allowed me to shape real estate policy and protect property rights, not only for my clients, but for the broader community as well. It’s empowering to know that my efforts have a tangible impact on the industry’s future and the well-being of homeowners.”
Domathoti was also selected for the 2023 NAR Leadership Academy, showcasing his commitment to leadership development within NAR. He expressed that in his career, one of the most fulfilling aspects has been the opportunity to mentor others. “It’s incredibly rewarding to share my knowledge and experience with aspiring real estate professionals, watching them grow and succeed in the industry,” he says. “Seeing their careers flourish and knowing that I played a part in their development brings a sense of accomplishment like no other.”
