Anthony Lamacchia attributes that to the company’s culture, training, products, services, and tools that support agents and enable them to grow their businesses while enjoying better work-life balance.

Lamacchia Realty launched the Agent Field Services program in 2021. Three full-time REALTORS® take care of responsibilities such as showings, home inspections, and open houses to give other agents more time to focus on other priorities.

The company hit the milestone of $1 billion in sales volume on August 31, 2021. In addition, Lamacchia was named the Boston Agent Magazine Industry MVP for his honesty, genuine nature, support for others, and insights and transparency regarding the real estate industry.
