Distinguished as a devoted leader, Ayoub Rabah remains deeply committed to fostering the success of his team of agents within Coldwell Banker Realty. Rabah, who assumed the role of president at Coldwell Banker Realty in the Central West region in 2018, was promoted to regional president, Midwest, this past June. Since assuming the role, he has successfully nurtured a dynamic and thriving sales culture within the brokerage.

In his new role, Rabah is in charge of managing a vast network that encompasses 6,746 agents across 84 offices, spanning Greater Chicagoland, Michigan, Texas, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin.

Additionally, Rabah stands as a foundational member of the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) council, actively driving regular meetings and organizing agent-centric events such as the Agents of Change series. His dedication to DEI is evident in his proactive efforts to diversify the local leadership team within the Chicagoland region, advocating for selecting vice presidents from various backgrounds, including individuals from the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. His forward-thinking initiatives not only demonstrate his dedication to DEI, but also pave the way for increased representation and equality within the industry.
