As CEO/owner/broker of Path & Post, Becky Babcock is passionate about being an active coach and mentor to her team and members, helping them achieve their real estate goals.

With a focus on understanding each unique life transition associated with moving, Babcock is dedicated to creating memorable experiences for clients and meaningful work for team members. “Where people live and make memories is really important, and buying or selling real estate is more than just a transaction. It’s a life transition,” she says.

In addition to significantly increasing Path & Post’s sales in 2020, Babcock also increased her commitment to bettering the community they serve. To that end, she helped create a virtual monthly award called Trailblazer, given to a community member whose work was making a difference during the challenges caused by COVID-19.

She also partnered with a local lender to create the Honoring Our Heroes program, designed to give back to local community heroes by significantly reducing home-buying costs.
