One of them, the AI-powered Rila—the so-called “Instagram of Real Estate”—demonstrates that disruptor status. The app, which catalogs attributes of a home and connects a user with listings that display those properties—bringing buyers and agents together in a futuristic new way—was a finalist at NAR’s 2023 iOi (Innovation, Opportunity, Investment) Summit Pitch Battle.
