Bill Aboumrad serves as president and broker/owner of Legacy Real Estate & Associates, one of the largest real estate brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2023, Aboumrad introduced several initiatives designed to help agents on his team succeed in a changing real estate market.
He launched three lead-generating platforms through the brokerage’s CRM system, along with both in-person and hybrid training. The programs, which were highly adopted, helped agents increase their per-person productivity by 25%.
Aboumrad introduced the Leap! Mentorship program to help newly licensed agents jumpstart their careers. He also delivered a monthly Legacy Live! training series that provided agents with useful information about contracts and sales skills. In addition, Aboumrad hosted a Legal Real Estate Event and delivered a Psychology of Selling and Buying course aimed at shifting mindsets and helping agents thrive in an evolving industry.
