Bill Aboumrad oversees operations for one of San Francisco East Bay’s largest real estate brokerages. In 2024, he took a surgical approach to help real estate agents in the wake of the NAR settlement, launching the “Define Your Value” coaching workshop, focused on building buyer agents’ confidence and fostering greater transparency. He also facilitated the “Best Practices for Implementing Buyer Representation” program in addition to a “Fundamentals of Real Estate” workshop.
Additionally, Aboumrad hosted an interactive forum in 2024, where more than 150 agents joined together for mastermind sessions, brainstorming, Q&A and open dialogue. As a result, agents felt more confident, better prepared and well-equipped to transact business.
“Real estate has allowed me the opportunity to serve others in so many capacities, and every day brings new ways to help,” says Aboumrad.
He also serves on the board for Strategic Thinking Work Group (STWG), a group that identifies issues of importance to REALTORS® based on industry trends affecting the evolution of the real estate market.
