Bill McCollough

McGraw REALTORS® began 2020 with five offices in Northeast Oklahoma. Under the leadership of president and CEO Bill McCollough, it expanded to 18 offices across Oklahoma and Arkansas, dramatically increased its pool of agents and volume, and grew its Multi-Family division.

McCollough believes his only role is to understand what his agents and managers need to achieve their goals. He was most pleased by seeing agents’ success and watching the team’s culture reach to greater heights.

“I am extremely proud of our McGraw REALTORS® family. We are a tenacious group of loyal and committed people,” McCollough says. “This year has not always been easy. However, we have never compromised our principles. The growth of our company numbers has been amazing, but it’s the deepening of our trust in each other and the growth of our team that has made this the best year in our history.”
