As President and COO of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, LLC., Bill Scavone is responsible for growing the Weichert franchise footprint across the country by attracting and signing new franchises, as well as helping existing franchise offices succeed and grow by continuously providing the business strategies, technology, tools and programs they need.

Scavone has worked in franchise sales and management for over 25 years, including the last 14 years in various leadership positions at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.

Scavone’s major accomplishments over the past year include the implementation of the new Weichert branding and Success Tracker app. The new branding required an overhaul of existing brand standards and consistent, enthusiastic communication among the team to ensure buy-in and smooth conversion for affiliates.

Weichert’s new Success Tracker app was developed by the team in conjunction with one of its technology partners to make it easier for associates and offices to set their production goals and track their success. This is a key pillar of the Weichert system and is something that founder Jim Weichert has believed to be integral to real estate success from day one.
