Bill Scavone, a 20-year veteran with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., helped reenergize and refocus his team amid a challenging year for the industry. In addition to expanding the sales team, he led the largest number of new franchise office openings since the start of the pandemic. Additionally, Scavone spearheaded upgrades to key resources, including retooling the DOORS™ Listing System to better match evolving consumer dynamics in the listing process and moving it onto the newly launched myMarketing Studio design platform, giving agents more customization flexibility than ever before. He also redesigned the brand’s buyer consultation to ensure Weichert agents were at the forefront of changes in the industry.
