Brett Lyon

Brett Lyon is the co-founder and broker/partner of Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, an investment brokerage firm specializing in the sale and exchange of multifamily, redevelopment, residential and commercial real estate throughout Southern California. 

Lyon says his greatest accomplishment of 2019 was growing the brokerage to over 50 agents while maintaining the No. 1 market share in the South Bay and Beach cities based on sales volume, number of units sold and number of transaction sides.

“I am incredibly grateful to be in the position where I am able to recruit high-caliber agents and employees with my same passion for real estate and commitment to building long-term client relationships,” says Lyon.

Lyon and partner, Woody Stahl, co-founded Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate in 2014 with a vision to transform the traditional brokerage model and grow a team of agents committed to the highest level of service. The El Segundo, Calif.-based firm started with only two agents and has since expanded to over 50 agents and 10-full time employees. Since its inception, the company has closed over 952 transactions exceeding $1.31 billion in sales volume. According to Lyon, the company successfully recruits top talent because of its competitive-yet-collaborative atmosphere while also offering highly scalable technology. Prior to co-founding the brokerage, he worked at ML Commercial Properties, Inc. on its acquisition team and also as an asset manager.
