Chairman and Founder, Brian Buffini, has built Buffini & Company on the belief that things could be better, people could do better and their lives could be better. Following this motto, he launched the company’s new Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP) designation training program in 2024, aimed at helping real estate professionals attract and keep customers, communicate their unique selling proposition, stand out in today’s uncertain housing market and navigate the new rules of the industry.

Additionally, Buffini and his team saw record-breaking attendance for his Bold Predictions 2024 Mid-Year Update, drawing over 19,000 real estate agents, brokers and owners to the webcast. Leading into 2024, he also unveiled the groundbreaking Do It N.O.W. campaign, designed to provide targeted marketing materials for real estate agents to connect with the 10 types of sellers.
