In 2023, Donnellan led the launch of Nestfully—a joint venture between BrightMLS and CRMLS—giving consumers the opportunity to search for listings in Florida, as well as the country’s most sought after housing markets, including Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, the District of Columbia, Colorado and California. Combined, Nestfully’s five MLSs have more than 343,000 agent and brokerage subscribers.
