In 2024, Adams demonstrated exceptional leadership by orchestrating the recruitment of 18 top-producing Coldwell Banker agents, fortifying the team with experienced professionals and underscoring the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence in the local market. This strategic move helped the company achieve outstanding ranking within the global network, placing No. 6 in Residential Units, No. 5 in Residential Gross Commission Income (GCI) and No. 2 in Commercial GCI.

Adams also spearheaded the company’s charitable efforts, securing the No. 1 position in fundraising for the Sunshine Kids organization. Further demonstrating her commitment to fostering inclusion, she announced the first recipients of the company’s inaugural DEI scholarship program, marking a significant milestone in supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in the industry.
