Carlos Matias is founder, CEO and managing director of GryphTech and Phoenix Software, two leading global real estate technology companies. In 2020, his team consolidated almost 1 million RE/MAX listings from more than 100 countries and territories to create the single largest database of RE/MAX listings in the world.

Matias also leveraged AI to improve listing quality and increase conversion potential for agents and announced that eXp Global had selected his company to accelerate their growth internationally.
