Carolyn Rosson

In 2023, Carolyn Rosson, president and CEO of the Ebby Halliday Companies, focused on visiting each of the company’s more than 30 sales offices and connecting with its team of approximately 2,000 agents and 200 employees.

Rosson expanded Ebby Halliday’s core services and provided agents with training to help them improve their sales strategy. She also fostered a collaborative culture, hosted events to encourage employees to get to know each other, and oversaw the companies’ continued focus on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and efforts to better mirror the diverse communities it serves.
