Charis Moreno’s 2022 accomplishments at NextHome were driven by commitment to diversity. NextHome created the NextHome Diversity Committee and partnered with the National Association of REALTORS® to offer its network the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification free of charge. Moreno herself also taught a REALTOR® safety course for network members.
