Chastity Davenport spent 2023 driving inclusive real estate growth by reshaping frameworks, empowering a new generation of diverse leadership and providing resources that extend beyond an evolving market.

In 2023, Davenport orchestrated a thorough restructuring of the JPAR Real Estate Franchising franchise sales department, a strategic initiative that involved a comprehensive review of team responsibilities, vision and goals to be better aligned with company objectives and market needs. In tandem with forming a more adaptable team, she saw the need for modernization and oversaw the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions to position her team ahead of its competitors.

As well as leading strategic efforts in cost-saving measures, enhancing workflow efficacy and streamlining operations, Davenport fostered an environment where diversity and inclusivity were uplifted. She contributed a portion of brand fees in support of national multicultural real estate organizations, including the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, AREAA, NAHREP and NAREB, highlighting her commitment to promoting diversity and teamwork within the real estate community.
